One of the most enjoyable actors to see on the screen over the past few decades is, in my opinion, Denzel Washington. Denzel has managed to play a vast array of characters and while he is incredibly versatile, always manages to be likable. Even when he is not supposed to be playing a likable character, he's still manages to show him charm on screen.

"You can't handle the truth!" This is one of the most memorable quotes in American cinematic history, and comes from the Tony Scott film, Crimson Tide. This movie was one of Denzel's earlier roles, but still one of his best.
Another fantastic film to check out that stars Denzel Washington is the Spike Lee hit, Inside Man. I don't want to spoil the details of this film, but it is the highest grossing Spike Lee film of all time and revolves around a bank heist, also starring Clive Owen.
One other film that I feel the need to mention is the most family friendly movie on this list, and that is Remember The Titans. Based around the true story of the first racially integrated high school football team in the South, this movie is a must see.
One other movie that should certainly be mentioned is the Preachers Wife. I'm actually kidding, this is one on the list you can skip.
